Job Description

The Role:

Our Women’s Bags Design department is looking for a Junior Designer, who will be responsible for assisting the Product Designer and working together with our global team. Staying on top of the fashion trends is the air you breath and you will create commercial designs according to our goals for our customer profile. Together with the team you create the most attractive bags products for our target group. The role involves technical flat sketching, preparing meeting material, assist with fittings and adjustments as well as detail follow up with production. You will be involved in developing our collections sold worldwide in all H&M markets and omni channels. It is a great team to develop with and further hone your bags designing skills!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • A BA/MA degree in Fashion, Bags/Accessories or Product Design
  • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience within Womens Bags Design
  • High knowledge of materials, details and processes of bags making
  • Strong and fast skills in Adobe Suite programs, and 3D design is strongly meriting
  • A great feel/intuition for women’s global fashion trends
  • A creative, visionary yet commercial salesmanship mindset
  • Strong communication skills and used to and enjoy working in teams
  • You are a problem solver who see simple solutions and innovative future possibilities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
  • A strong self drive and take own initiatives
  • Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
