Working in the H&M Kids Local Relevance team 
At Kids Local relevance team, you will be part of a new established section with lots of undiscovered sales opportunities! The Local relevance Section is split into 2 teams. One team that center point on Equatorial/Southern hemisphere markets, and the other team towards China/Asia markets. Our prospect is to complement the global assortment with local adjustments that are necessary for the total Kids offer to be perceived as locally relevant. It´s an exciting & diverse mission that includes all garment groups and covering the full Kids customer range.  

As a Jr Buyer you will team up with experienced and talented colleagues and together create the best customer offer and it is a great start within your H&M career! You will handle a wide variation of tasks, including sample handling, fittings, assortment planning, communication with production offices, administration in Castor, placement, monitoring and quantification of orders etc. You will also take an active part in sales analysis, where you will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, local customer insight and surrounding analysis.

• A higher degree within business administration, buying or other relevant area 

• Preferable previous experience as a Jr Buyer 

•  A team player with great communication skills  

• Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking  

• Have a good sense of fashion, trends and is strong on products  

• Have a great analytic skill and the courage to make decisions  

• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions 

• Are result oriented and used to work in a fast pace
