THE POSITION

As a Store Visual Merchandiser you will be a key part of your store’s management team. Together with the Store Manager, you take on the vital responsibility of presenting Monki fashion in an inviting and exciting way according to our guidelines—help people see it and fall in love. As the core team in your store you will work to maximize selling and to coach your colleagues to be the best they can be. Please note that we don't offer a full time visual position. Some of your hours will be combined as Sales Advisor (f.e. tills, cleaning, fitting rooms).

Next to the Store Visual Merchandiser you also take responsibilities as a Sales Advisor, you meet customers on behalf of Monki—a truly key position. You will take on the challenge of finding your own way of taking customer service to a new level. One part of that will be to be a Sales Advisor the Monki way: being friendly, giving that little something extra.  A second part will be keeping up and constantly improving the standard in your store. In this role, you represent and present our brave, fun, empowering and friendly brand and our collections in the best way possible! 

YOU

The Visual Merchandiser is key to a store’s success. Your documented salesmanship along with your creative talents, analytical mind and ability to follow detailed instructions in a set time frame and to use feedback as a development tool will make you the right candidate for this position. In combination with your great people skills and friendly attitude, of course! Working in a fast paced environment suits you.

Please note that we are an international company, and that as Store Visual Merchandiser you will need a good grasp of English. We are also looking for a Visual Merchandiser with previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
