As a Product developer you will work in close collaboration with a skilled team of designers, pattern makers, planners and product manager. The mission is to develop products and assortment to enable growth and profitability, always with the customer in focus. You will drive the developments for new and exciting sport products and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestion of improvements. As a Product Developer, you should be a strong and independent leader who likes to work with the rest of the team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goal. 

As H&M Sport is growing rapidly, we are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who will thrive in an environment where not every process and structure are set. Flexibility, problem solving and a prestige less mindset will be important assets to reach success.  

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Buyer/ Product developer with Sport products
• Have passion for products and product development
• Have a broad experience of materials and trims
• Have an eye for current fashion and trends
• Are driven, structured and take initiatives 
• Have salesmanship and result orientated
• Are a team player with a flexible attitude 
• See possibilities, improvements and simple solutions
