Job Description
The role as Junior Planner is a new role within H&M to enable us to create the best customer offer and experience. As a Junior Planner at Divided Business Unit, you support in optimizing the product mix, planning and selling for every region to maximize meaningful growth and sustainable profitability. You support, together with the Planner (responsible) and the Product Manager (accountable), the global and regional article ranking. You work in tight collaboration with the Planner, Product Manager and the Business Controller to secure the best customer offer.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with Product team as well as in cross functional collaboration with Business units, product support teams and other functions within H&M to secure the best customer offer. You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, customer insight and surrounding analysis, in cooperation with the Product team.
Your responsibilities
- Deliver region and channel selling input to the Product team in order to create growth
- Support the brand in identify opportunities for growth and act on them
- Build and plan a relevant assortment to reach omni profitable growth short and long-term
- Build the commercial plan to grow and engage our customer base
- Strengthen our total omni experience and enabling seamless customer experiences and relevance
- Administrate order placement, planning, quantification and buying
- Ensure that the capacity indicator for the channel/region/department is up to date against Production Office
- The channel/region specific strategy to maximize growth and profitability
- Administrate ranking per channel/region based on total ranking set by Product Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we see that you have:
- A higher degree within business administration, engineering, buying, textile fashion or other relevant area
- Earlier experience as Junior Planner, Junior Buyer or Merchandiser is meritorious
- A salesmanship and see opportunities for growth and profitability
- Analytical skills and ability turn the analysis to action
- A passion for fashion and knowledge in what the customer will want and need at a specific time
- Great Communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Additional Information
This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based in Stockholm.
