Job Description

As Resurs, you ensure excellent direct and indirect customer service in your department and also collaborate with Visual Merchandiser to achieve sales goals. You organize and plan the department according to the needs of the business. Ensure that routines for work environment, safety, and administration are followed. You support and lead a team to ensure the best shopping experience and workplace in your department. A Resurs has no staff responsibility but must be able to lead and distribute the work in a positive and engaging way during shorter periods. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success.  

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Ensures that the team meets customers' expectations for direct customer service according to H&M's guidelines 
  • Handles all feedback from customers  
  • Is updated on collection, garments and sales activities 
  • Ensures that all sales campaigns and activities are carried out according to H & M's guidelines 
  • Secures a high-quality product presentation together with the Visual team  
  • Ensures that the sales budget is kept  
  • Identifies opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and selling 
  • Follows up the store's KPI and takes action to achieve the store's targets  
  • Plans staffing and organizes the department according to the business needs 
  • Ensures the safety of employees and customers  
  • Organizes, offers and implements training initiatives for all employees in your department team  
  • Contributes to a positive work environment 

Qualifications

We are looking for people with following qualities:  

  • Keen interest in fashion, sales and customer service 
  • Open and honest in their communication and feedback with their co-workers and managers 
  • Flexible and have the drive and ambition to complete their tasks in an efficient manner 
  • Willingness to learn new things and to develop at H&M 
  • Driven by achieving results through teamwork 
  • Ability to act as inspiring and motivational leaders 
  • Good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing 
  • Basic Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.   

Additional Information

This is a fixed full-time, 30h contract for 3 months with a start date of 30th August 2021.
