We are now looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our European regional team based in London. This role will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and is offered on a full-time permanent contract.

Job Description

•Responsible to lead and drive the regional paid social marketing strategy including setting the KPIs, budget preparation and follow up working in association with wider Digital Marketing Team

•Create and analyse reports monthly and quarterly, as well as ad hoc if required, monitor the results of campaigns against core KPIs

•Manage the paid social budget and spent allocation in cooperation with Digital Marketing Manager

•Responsible for implementation and building all of the campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager

•Develop testing roadmaps across paid social working with relevant stakeholders across the business

•Brief creative requirements to the creative team and Digital Marketing Assistant based on customer intent and regional insights to make sure creative shot for the channels is in line with industry best practice

•Lead the development of the paid social creative in partenrship with Creative Team by gathering insights, examples from competitors and organising workshops with platforms (Facebook, Pinterest etc)

•Plan the activity in alignment with content calendar and campaign performance to maximise impact across channels

•Work closely with Customer Insights team to support new customer acquisition goals

•Create and employ successful audience targeting & device bidding strategies to segment & personalize the experience

•Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks

•Work closely with IT Teams to ensure channel developments are delivered in a timely manner

Qualifications

•Previous experience working in a paid social role on a specialist or manager level

•Hands on experience in implementation and building of the campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager

•Experienced and proven results in new customer acquisition

•Good understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models

•Able to drive large scale projects and influence senior stakeholders

•Experienced in digital visual presentation either through studies or practical experience

•Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively

•Fashion awareness and creativity

•Excellent organizational and analytical skills

•Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders

•Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office Programs
