SAP Release & Delivery Management.
Managing release coordination cross all product teams on the SAP platform. Supporting the Cross Product Coordinators and enabling smooth tech delivery for larger initiatives or programs that require coordination cross several product areas or domains.

Work tasks 

• You are supporting the Cross-Product Coordinator in the BT delivery of complex cross cutting initiatives 

• You have a crucial role during Business Go lives by planning and leading the cutover, migration as well as smoke tests.

• Securing that the delivery done by the product teams are on time and that potential challenges are solved in an efficient manner

• With your competence and drive you are strengthening the Cross-Product Coordinator and securing that prioritized leaps and EPICs are executed in the best way

• Securing successful business go lives by managing cutover, migration, and support of smoke tests

• The primary focus for you as a Cross Delivery Coordinator is to drive initiatives to improve the partner experience within the team, cross Product Teams, cross Product Areas and towards our IT Suppliers

• Driving these initiatives means analyzing and identifying opportunities together with the team, primarily our Business Experts and Product Owner, and to execute on the top prioritized objectives

• In order to execute on the top prioritized initiatives, you need to be a person that enjoys digging into the details and the solution, as well as to drive and lead initiatives independently  

• To succeed in this role, cross-functional collaboration with carious stakeholders will be a key

Technical Competences 
     
Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:

• Ability to understand complex business processes and technical issues related

• Work proactively

• Project lead experience

• Experience from driving large scale initiatives, projects / programs in enterprise organizations

• Deep Knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365

• Strong in planning, execution and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”

• Proven ability to align different areas and skill sets around a common goal and achieve successful overall delivery 

• Ability to identify and manage priorities and act accordingly,

• Business and IT savvy; can interact fruitfully with both business and IT stakeholders

• Technical interest and curiosity

Qualifying requirements:

• Experience of Retail & Logistics SAP

• Agile wow

• Bachelor’s degree

• You have a business and customer-oriented mindset with the motivation to constantly improve, achieve targets and drive agenda forward

• To succeed you need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in all domains in Business Tech

• Eagerness to learn H&Ms Sales, Logistics and Finance processes and technical solution

• Like to work in a changing environment and driving multiple initiatives in parallel

• Are structured with attention to detail
