HR Specialist with focus on leadership to Business Tech HR

Job Description

HR Specialist with focus on leadership to Business Tech HR
At H&M Group Business Tech we want to create a truly inspiring leadership culture, where everyone one of us is a leader. That means we all own our actions, behaviours, mindset and personal development. It also means we believe in the power of relationships where we can challenge and coach each and together build the best ideas.

One year on after a huge transformation that impacted all aspects of our organisation -  from ways of working and team set-up to what leadership culture we want - we still have much to do. We know where we want to go and we’re co-creating the way to get there together, much like learning to walk. We expect to trip and fall quite a lot of times and then get back up again. We want to reward true learning and great risk-taking while erasing the fear of failure that makes us defensive. It’s not a small task, but we think that’s what it will take to remain one of the most loved brands within retail and for the continued success of our iconic brands.

We rely on our entrepreneurial spirit and are truly one team – your teammates and colleagues will welcome you with a genuine interest in who you are, a generous desire for collaboration and lots of warmth and humour. After all, we believe in people above all else.

What you will do
As an HR Specialist in the Leadership Culture team you will strive to take our leadership culture to the next level. We’re currently looking into what leadership behaviours we want to encourage and reward, training during onboarding and fine-tuning our performance development process. We work in sprints and follow agile ways of working, which is great because we’re also transforming our HR organisation in the process.

Who we think you are
You have a background of broad HR and have been working for about 5 years with developing your own and other people's leadership. You’re familiar with the challenges that come with leadership. You understand the whole HR eco-system.
Also, you:

  • Build and support your ideas on hard facts and research
  • Have a university degree
  • Understand the agile context and are genuinely curious about agile ways of working.
  • Can shift between developing strategic initiatives and doing what needs to be done – be it edit a user story or brainstorm ideas for a leadership training.
  • Believe in a culture of transparency, collaboration and trust.
  • Are able to reflect on how initiatives will be received in our global and fast-paced organization

Do you think we are a match? We hope so!
This is a full-time position placed in one of our Business Tech hubs; Berlin, Shanghai, Stockholm or Bangalore, much depending on your location. We’re aiming to close this recruitment before the end of July so we’ll be scheduling interviews from day one. In other words – if you’re interested, please don’t wait to send in your application, even if the last date is the 14th of July!

If you have any questions regarding the role and/or the recruitment process, please contact Alexandra Nord at [email protected]

We are looking forward to your application!
