The Security Culture & Competence team aims to create a culture of security, for our colleagues to feel responsible and be empowered to protect themselves and our company against cyber-threats. As part of the team, your main objective will be to empower your colleagues and find new innovating ways to instill a security culture. You will change behaviors and encourage good habits by co-creating a security culture program and leading fun and positive change initiatives from start to finish for our 180 000 colleagues globally. We create sustained, both globally and locally targeted high-quality content, giving our colleagues the motivation, ability and prompts to protect themselves and the company.  

Being located in Shanghai, your main task will be to lead the targeted cyber security awareness initiatives in China. You will be the spokesperson for security in the Hub as well as having awareness-raising presentations when needed. You will support security awareness events such as meetups, panel discussions and the H&M Groups yearly event Cyber Security Month. 

There are different communities and initiatives in Business Tech and H&M Group, aiming to raise the security awareness level of the organisation, and you will be a key contributor in building and managing these networks.   

We believe you have a couple of years’ experiences from working with information security and/or Security Awareness preferably from a large global product organisation.  Furthermore, we believe that you are a very curious person who’s not afraid to try new things. You are engaged, and understand the psychological and cultural aspect of security, and therefore always on the lookouts for new ways to raise the security level of the whole organisation. 

Collaboration is key in Business Tech and you will work close together with your colleagues as well as executing your tasks autonomously. You will collaborate with different Business Tech teams, but also outside of Business Tech to functions such as Group Security, Data Privacy Office, HR and Communication.
