This is a general ad for all current and upcoming Jr Buyer position within the H&M Womenswear assortment. Regardless of which section you work in – Womenswear, Underwear, Swimwear, Shoes & Accessories - you will be part of a tight team including Buyers, Designers, Pattern Makers, a Controller and Section Head. Together as a team, you are responsible for the entire work process of building and developing a collection that will be sold in all our sales countries – all over the world.  

As a Junior Buyer, you will team up with a Buyer and assist with a great variation of daily tasks. It will include everything from assortment planning and construction, sample handling with continuous fittings, follow up and monitoring orders and quantification of orders. You will also use your analytical skills to follow up on sales and with a sharp business sense you are able to see opportunities for growth and profitability.  

Working as a Junior Buyer is a great opportunity to learn from and be influenced by experienced colleagues with different backgrounds to develop your own skills and competences! 

• Minimum one (1) year of experience of buying in fashion retail 
• Textile or buying education  
• Fashion vision for commercial trends 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
