H&M Kids Girl Assortment & The Kids Girl Customer
At the girls’ division you will be part of a fast pace environment and work with colorful and playful products. Our customers are between 2-10 years old and range from being genuinely interested in fashion to customers that just want great products regardless of trends. We make current fashion with a bit of surprise making her look and feel great. Our customer is fashionable with positive energy, charming cool, cute, kind, surprising and unexpected. 

The position as Product Developer is for you who has a big passion for developing products for the Girl costumer and want to take on an exciting role with great responsibility. 

This is a new way of working, where you will be the one in your team focusing on developing new and exciting products. You will drive the developments for the best product and constantly overview, evaluate, follow up and make suggestion of improvements. In this role you will work with both knitted products and license, mainly focusing on jersey products.

As a Product Developer at Girls, you will work in close collaboration with product manager, planners, designers and pattern makers and be responsible to set the strategy forward in the team to reach the desired goals. In order to be successful, you should be a strong and independent leader who likes to work with the rest of the team to develop the best product and best assortment in line with the visual goal.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Developer/Buyer
• A passion for the Girls costumer
• Degree within textile, buying, business or similar
• A team player with great communication skills
• Have a strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
• Have a good sense of fashion, trends and is strong on products
• Have a great analytic skill and the courage to make decisions
• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
• Are result oriented and used to work in a fast pace

This is a full time temporary position for one year, with placement in Stockholm.
