We are looking for a Japan Store Operations Manager who is responsible for the store
Operations, customer service, and the overall Profit development of COS within Japan area.

Reporting to the Area manager in Korea and working closely with You will work together with the area team in Seoul and local H&M organization to ensure the store teams are closely supported to drive the best experience for our customers in Japan.

In this role, you will drive selling with strong Entrepreneurial sprit and take own initiative to
find solutions for better efficient way of business development as a local expert in  fashion retail.

Job Description

What you will do :


• Responsible for monitoring, establishing and following up on sales targets, plans and
  budgets and regularly follows up on the attainment of selling/profitability objectives.
• Responsible for each store within Japan area has a solid store operations routine to
  maximize efficiency and profit
• Contribute to ensure a high level of customer service is offered within all stores in Japan
• Contribute to create people first working environment, taking actions based on the annual   HR goals
• Work together with Area Manager to develop an efficient workflow and lead store teams
  towards the set long and short term goals
• Work together with Area Controller to ensure store teams follow planning routines in order
  to maximise profit by meeting budgeted KPIs and launch of new tools and systems
  like RFID
• Work together with Area HR to support recruitment, on boarding, training, development
  and succession planning for each store team to build retention and reduce staff turnover
• Work together with Area Visual Manager to secure high level of visual standards, and
  to maximize customer offer by following the customer journey together with merchandising   team
• Collaborate with local E commerce team to align seamless customer experience
