REPORTS TO: Sales Manager, ARKET Russia

STAKEHOLDERS: Store managers Russia, Global Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Collection, Global E-commerce

ASSIGNMENT Drive selling for all ARKET’s concepts by optimizing the customer offer in both the physical stores (Store Merchandiser) and the online store (Online Merchandiser). Maximize profitability and optimize your stock by having a clear strategy for customer experience, promotions, allocation and partly visual presentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • SALES: Perform sales analysis and follow up selling, stock and customer behavior. Set actions based on the insights to drive selling through key KPI’s (CR, PPR) and customer experience.
  • STORES: Support stores with the best commercial mix of garments available (offline & online). Secure the supply chain from Warehouse to local stores. Allocate garments according to best practice and needs based on selling analysis. Understand and work with necessary systems and tools (including, but not limited to, KL/OST).
  • STOCK: Know your stock situation to secure and prioritize the right assortment at the right time in co-operation with logistics. Set and drive SALE strategy, align promotions in both channels and execute SALE at lowest cost possible
  • STRATEGIC: Give input and feedback to other functions such as Online Buying team and Brand&Marketing to identify selling potential going forward. Support with local market knowledge to improve ARKET’s offer.

Qualifications

  • Great analytical skills
  • Merchandising experience. Experience from both physical store merchandising as well as online merchandising is meriting.
  • Genuine interest in the fashion industry, with both physical retail as well as e-commerce
  • Good English skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Used to working in a digital environment using supporting systems. Preferable experience of one or several of hybris PCM/HMC, Adobe Experience Management, Apptus eSales, Google Analytics
  • Used to working in KL/OST, CDW, Power BI.
  • Open minded and problem solving. Solution oriented.
  • Strong local market knowledge.
