As a Department Manager at Monki you have a key position in your store’s management team and in achieving one of the most important aspects of the Monki experience: great customer service. The Monki way, of course. You will lead your team on the store floor, coaching, training and giving feedback to help your colleagues give professional service and offer that friendly, personal approach that turns a sales advisor into a brand ambassador. 

In order to fill this position in the best way, we rely on your documented experience of really great salesmanship (or saleswomanship, if you prefer!) as well as in your personal characteristics like drive and initiative. Selling is your passion! You are pedagogical, friendly, empowering and even though you are great at making work fun, you’re also brave enough to give honest feedback to help colleagues grow and develop. Working in a fast paced environment suits you.

We are recruiting for a part-time 30h/week contract, limited until June 2022. 

Your monthly gross salary on a part-time basis will be adjusted accordingly to the full-time salary. This is from €2113,45 (14 times a year). Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay more.
