Role:

As the Online Superuser, you will be part of the H&M Online Distribution Centre support team based in Marsden Park. You will have previous experience working within a Warehousing/E-Commerce Business environment. Have experience using warehousing systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP and Passport. You are IT/system savvy, analytical, love data insights and have advance level Excel Skills. You love embracing challenges and have a passion for problem solving and a proven track record for delivering cost effective solutions. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and deliver high-quality service to our customers through strategic problem solving and communication. The Role:

You will be responsible to ensure operations of the three main areas of H&M’s Online 3PL facility are executed properly (inbound -- where the goods are received, quality controlled, unpacked and put away; outbound – where customer orders are picked, packed and shipped; and returns processing)

Key Responsibilities: 

Follow-up and analyse your departments KPI’s, in all relevant areas such as quality, efficiency and profitability according to the budget

Coordinates procedures together with Online Distribution Center Manager and assists in ensuring they are carried out properly with the 3PL provider

Handles incidents, manages change requests and conducts acceptance testing on 3PL procedure modifications 

Ensures that all IT related security procedures and system updates and maintenance are being managed and followed alongside our sustainability commitments

Supports and educate 3PL users in the H&M routines and best practices by giving on-site training if needed

Informs all end users about any new releases and changes in functionality or procedures 

Ensures all routines and best practices are followed up

Performs user level administrative work regarding the system

Ensure a qualitative communication with the sales organisation, the logistics organisation, the stakeholders and with carriers/forwarders

Maintain close communication with third party warehouse operational management

Ensure interaction and teamwork across H&M business functions in order to improve and develop the best possible online service

About you:

You have at least 2 years’ experience working with multiple IT systems in a similar environment 

You are familiar with SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System

You are organised, detail oriented and have good time management skills

You take initiative by seeking proactive solutions to problems

You can think independently, solve problems, recommend solutions and propose new procedures

You are motivated by customer satisfaction and logistics flow

You are fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment

Qualifications

You have at least 2 years’ experience working with multiple IT systems in a similar environment.

Must have experience using SAP

Advanced Excel Skills

WMS & Passport System knowledge is desirable but not a necessity
