What you will do as a Learning and Development Specialist  

As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be a part of the Learning and Development Team. Together with your colleagues you will enable us to become an organisation that lives and breathes growth. You will drive learning initiatives from start to end and identify learning needs across our organisation. In collaboration with your team and relevant stakeholders, you’ll work to turn needs into lasting results.  

Together with your team, you will work with: 

Learning strategy  

  • Design and implementation of Business Techs overall learning strategy  

  • Capturing and understanding learning needs in relation to on H&M Group’s and Business Tech’s long-term priorities  

Continuous learning culture and methods 

  • Communication to relevant stakeholders and learning vendors  

  • Building and maintaining ways of working connected to Business Techs competence networks and professional growth paths 

Structured learning for broad and individual delivery 

  • Working with stakeholders and setting KPIs to measure impact of learning programs 

  • Ensuring design, delivery, coordination, and impact of learning programs and adjustments needed   

Learning Tech and enablers 

  • Setting requirements on tech enablers (e.g. learning platform, tracking software, etc.) to support learning efforts and continuous learning use cases

This role requires you to be a good communicator, collaborator, and listener. Apart from a background in driving learning initiatives, we believe you have a genuine passion for learning. For you, celebrating success as much as failure, is a given rather than an option. You have an open mindset and you see growth opportunities everywhere.  You believe in a culture of transparency, collaboration, safety and trust.  

We believe you have solid planning and problem-solving skills, perhaps from larger organisations or in an educational context. You may have been in roles where you have had experience of large-scale method implementations. You are happy to hold workshop and have great facilitation skills. We think you have an agile mindset with a curious and iterative approach and are unafraid of testing, exploring and improving along the way. It is an advantage if you have worked in tech or have experience of product development and management.
