Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity working as a Merchandise manager in Sweden? We are searching for someone with a passion for selling, analysis and retail that want to be part of a fast-moving and expanding company. As a Merchandise Manager your mission is to create the best customer offer in all locations at all time.

Drive your concept

Be the expert of your market and drive profitable net growth by setting and following up a commercial plan for your concept. You will create, drive and follow up weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial focuses and activities. Based on the analysis you take actions to meet customer demands and preferences through close communication with Area teams together with frequent store visits.

Optimize your stock

Guarantee the commercial impact of key products by setting the right buying levels and quantities in store. Create and execute reduction strategies that will secure profitability and optimize the stock composition for your concept. Your goal is to sell all garments as fast as possible to the lowest cost.

Create the best customer offer

Influence the buying process by sharing your market and customer knowledge with the Buying Office. This knowledge and learnings you gain by constant analysis, store visits and close collaboration with other key functions such as the Visual and Marketing department.

Analysis

In all you do analysis will play an important role and you will analyze selling and stock on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Find new opportunities through ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic input on how to plan Sales or activities based on stock levels and sales tendencies.

Qualifications

  • You have strong analytical skills and like ad-hoc analysis to find new sales opportunities
  • You value your own responsibility, fast pace and straight forward communication.
  • Self-motivating and inspiring.
  • Strong drive and initiative.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong strategic thinking.
  • Able to travel within Sweden during the work week.
  • A degree in Business/Finance is preferred.
