Descrição do emprego

We are seeking to hire a Junior Payroll Officer Technician to join our Payroll Department in Portugal.
Among other responsibilities and reporting to the Payroll Manager, will be able for performing the payroll and some reporting processes, do the contract management and administrative tasks (holidays, contract management, absenteeism and some other tasks).


Must be English fluent and have experience using Office tools and ERP’S, have sense of responsibility, attention to detail, will able to meet tight deadlines, good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSABILITIES:

·   Reviews all new hires into payroll system and/or to ensure accuracy and processes any necessary correction.

·   Maintains master data and employee files (electronic or paper).

·   Verifies payroll hours from ERP and are being paid correctly.

·   Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.

·   Ensures employees’ sick is accurate.

·   Ensure data alignment between ERP and payroll platform (in house ERP).

·   Implement internal communications according to the global policies.

·   Implement internal procedures according to the country legislation.

·   Support the Stores with doubts and information regarding to the payroll and legislation.

·   Manage the assigned function/ collective regarding Personal Administration: contracts.

·   Staff Card Administration.

·   Ensure a good welcoming for all new employees coming from abroad (social security number, bank accounts etc)

·   Assists in projects directed by the Payroll Manager.

Habilitações

·   Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resource Management, Management, Accountability or similar;

·   No less than 2/3 years of experience in similar functions;

·   Labor and Fiscal Law knowledge (preferential);

·   Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

·   Spanish Knowledge (valued);

·   Organization capacity in a context of high volume of information;

·   Responsibility, dynamism and autonomy;

Methodical and rigorous.

·   A teamwork is important and valued. 

·   You work preciously as well as independently and handle competing priorities with ease.
