As part of our omni transformation journey, we are recruiting the role of Showroom Manager with upgraded responsibilities, looking after Greece and Cyprus and based in Athens.

As a Showroom Manager, you will be a true ambassador of the brand with strong passion not only for fashion, but also for communication. You will be responsible for running and upkeeping of the local showroom, and for maintaining and developing a network on the market with the relevant fashion & corporate media, stylists, fashion influencers, fashion digital media and other opinion leaders and stakeholders.

You will work close with the Communications Manager on planning, executing and following up on the local Communications strategy, as well as on the local and global planned PR activities, primarily in connection to the showroom, developing  and executing fashion projects and promoting the brand among relevant media, influencers and fashion contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and maintain a network on the market with the appropriate fashion journalists, stylists, influencers, fashion partners and other opinion leaders.

• Proactively contact journalists, stylists and the leading fashion influencers to offer collection viewings & fittings for their upcoming editorial themes.

• Be informed with the latest trends, on the competitors of the market and track the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season.

• Carry out appointments and manage all showroom events (open house, press previews, designer collaborations) together with Communications Manager.

• Manage external communication activities including (but not only) media selections, pitching, follow up, approving press materials, translating and proofreading press releases and other PR materials.

• Actively communicating H&M related news such as openings, collections, events, corporate news both internally and externally.

• Work in a cross-functional way and be able to take on board all internal events (store teams, other departments, etc.)

• Report internal KPIs and results to Communications Manager as well as to Head Office and manage the media monitoring and analysis.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, spoken and written.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Minimum of 3 years working across fashion/beauty/PR agencies and/or in-house positions and you’re are up to date on the international media landscape (digital channels, influencers, print and social media)

• Bachelor’s degree in PR/Marketing or other relevant Business field.
