Department: Sales Management / Assortment & Product Development / Business Tech

Product Area: Sales Management is a new Product Area in Business Tech. Our mission is to provide recommendations and tools in order to support efficient sales management within the season.

You will work with Product team - Price Execution which enables prices to be correctly updated and ready to be reflected in every channel in a seamless manner. We need a Solution Architect in this team who can take on the responsibility of providing tools to update prices in an informed way. You will play a leading role in technical development and architecture and have the chance to build new experiences, improve existing products and be a driver in transforming our tech landscape. You will mentor and upskill engineers through best practices for the full software development life cycle, and you will deliver value together as a full product team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive transformation of the tech landscape within the Promotion area – omni channel tools
• Translate strategies and requirements into modern and scalable solution designs
• Design, develop and support the solutions in the product
• Use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative designs
• Collaborate with other product teams to help and provide the best end-user experience
• Seek opportunities to automate, document and improve processes

Skills and competences:

You will be a part of a global cross functional agile product team of amazing professionals working with a number of solutions. Establishing a holistic view of how the solution adds value to the business. Therefor we believe you have the ability to apply leading software development practices and present alternative solutions and technical choices in a complex environment. To do this, we think you have a curious mindset, excellent communication skills as well as:  

Mandatory requirements

• Leadership qualities in line with H&M values
• Strong experience in SAP CAR and SAP ECC IS Retail
• Strong experience in system architecture & software design patterns
• Great understanding of retail processes, with special focus on markdowns and promotions
• Experience of designing and developing APIs, microservices, and system integration architecture
• Knowledge from agile way of working methodology

Good to have skills:

• Experience in Cloud, CI/CD, containerization and test automation
• Enterprise Message
• SAP PM (Promotion Management)
• Knowledge about Hybris

Location: Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden with start date asap.
