The job of an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main responsibility will be to run and optimize sales, by creating a frictionless customer experience in H&Ms biggest store. Together with your team, you are going to be part of creating and developing the future of E-commerce at H&M.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Analyzing daily sales, customer behavior on site and site performance
  • Identifying customers’ needs and act accordingly to drive sales
  • Manage site content - including campaigns and locally created content
  • Plan on product placement on HM.com, based on customer behavior, commercial plan and in line with the H&M brand DNA
  • Creating concept and market specific activities on HM.com, App push and mail communication channels, ensuring the messaging is in line with H&M business idea and brand DNA
  • Ensure that HM.com is always commercial and inspirational for our customers

Qualifications

  • Love H&M values and culture
  • E-commerce experience within digital merchandising, digital communication or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team
  • Able to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, providing actions to drive customer retention and conversion
  • Have a genuine interest in working in content management systems (CMS) and good knowledge in excel Prior experience in working with Google Analytical will be a plus
  • Have a strong interest in meeting customer needs by understanding customer behavior, fashion and trends
  • Have proven track record in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
  • Leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
