The H&M Head Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion collections for a wide variety of customers. Good communication skills, a flexible attitude and capacity to adapt to changes are essential.

Do you have a strong fashion vision paired with a commercial eye? Are you a creative and experienced senior fashion designer, used to drive, manage and generate excellent results with your team? Then this might be the role for you!  

As a Concept Designer at Ladies Trend, you identify the biggest and most important key trends and are able to translate them into the right assortment for our target customer. You have strong design process skills and are a great communicator who can work well with the team, to provide our diverse markets with the best products sold worldwide in all the H&M omni channels. You work with all garment product groups (except outerwear). The role requires high energy, creativity and experience from leading a team to commercial success!

• Have work experience as a Concept designer
• Have experience from womens’ multi garment products
• You are a strong fashion visionary and understand the H&M trend customer
• You can prioritize and focus on what really makes the difference for the business
• Have strong skills in collection building and visual communication.
• Are highly skilled in the design process, including Adobe Suite programs
• Have strong leadership skills and are a true team player
• Have great communication skills
• Can handle a very fast-paced work environment
• Are fluent in English
