The job of an E-commerce Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! 

You will run H&M biggest store and together with your team, be part of creating and developing the future of E-commerce at H&M.  As an E-commerce Merchandiser you will set the goals for your concept and be responsible for what actions to take to drive net sales, reach set profit targets, with the best commercial plan. 

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible to train and set the ways of working within Online Sales team and local sales organization
• Drive profitable net sales for your concept by analyzing your sales figures, taking and executing actions according to the opportunities, threats and priorities identified
• Set the best commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on customer behavior, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings
• Securing the best Online customer offer together with the E-commerce Visual Merchandiser
• Manage the stock levels of your concept by giving input on the buying and ensuring stock freshness

Your skills and background

• Experience as an E-commerce Merchandiser or in a similar role
• Sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team
• Good Excel knowledge
