The H&M group is looking for a Software Engineer responsible to drive and support SAP Application Maintenance for our product team - Run SAP Solution 

The domain within Business tech – Tech Enablement provide cost effective 24/7 services offloading product teams by early detection, coordination and automatic remediation of disturbances

The position is full time onsite in Stockholm.

Our team, Run Service SAP Application Maintenance Functional, aims to

• Secure Business Operations
• Enable DevOps in Product Areas using SAP Application
• Bring together, promote and strengthen the SAP Operations and Maintenance community  
• Proactively maintain stable, scalable solutions and support according to agreed SLA:s and KPI:s 

Responsibilities:

• The daily service delivery agreements met with retail core solutions and if not, ensure that corrective actions are taken
• Cross Product Incident Management and Continuity Management
• Operational governance of the Managed Service for SAP application Maintenance
• Operational management of production security, roles & authorizations and regular IT audits
• Continuous improvement of the methods and tools used for incident, change & release / Sprints / PI
• Main interaction points are SAP AM manager, Product Owners in Product Areas, Run Service SAP Tech, Vendors
• Plan and execute transition into the AMS service, through thought leadership in SAP AMS transition management methodology
• Responsible to raise Business issue cards for cross Product operational issues. Also present the same in Operations Maintenance Forum to drive expedited solutions.
• Coordination with Product Owners for Service scope and required review of Application Support & Maintenance (Includes sub process like Incident, Problem, Change, Transition / Service Introduction etc.

Must Have:

• Experience of Managed Service and Application Management and with the ability to encourage, drive and coach other people in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• 5+ yrs of experience in SAP FICO, SD, MM, Logistics, ABAP

Additional skills:

• Qualifying if you have Retail experience and has worked in global projects and rollouts.
• Experienced from working in multinational environments with off shoring and situational leadership
• Teambuilding, structured person with very good communication skills.
• Qualifying to have worked in SAP global projects and rollouts with offshore development
• Qualifying to have experience from project management
