If so, this could be the role for you. We are now looking for a Global PR & Marketing Manager  to join our Brand & Communications team.

This role will report into the Head of Marketing and is offered on a full time, temporary 12 months contract. 

As the Global PR & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the global press and customer communication as well as activations to drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and loyalty. ​ In this role, you execute global COS initiatives and support Regional PR teams in order to grow the brand community across all digital and physical channels

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Global and Regional Sales, E-Com and PR & Marketing teams to drive 360 campaigns, customer communication, partnerships and activations to reach brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
  • Lead and grow your Team to grow the business, guiding through the whole employee life cycle (selection, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits). ​
  • Facilitate the workflow of global to regional activations, ensuring clarity of ownership between the Global- and Regional PR & Marketing teams to secure successful collaboration.
  • Secure workflow and asset management to provide the Regional teams all relevant brand info and strategic updates such as PR plans, press releases, imagery, samples, seeding plans, and suchlike.
  • Lead marketing and PR strategies globally, as well as support launches, digital expansion, collections and the brand-identity as well as mission​.
     

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a similar level and position across fashion / luxury / lifestyle communication agencies and/or in-house positions
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Ability to determine key department priorities.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to work cross departmentally.
  • Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
  • Good level of commercial skills with proven track record of managing project budgets.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.
