About External Sales Fulfilment Adapter / Partner Connectivity

Our mission is “to surpass customer expectations by enabling fast, intelligent and seamless connections ​for HM´s fulfillment eco-system”.

We are a brand new team and we will hire the best experts, analysts, inventors, and communicators in order to form a creative and progressive team. Our team’s work will consist of two main areas: 

• Ensuring that H&M initiatives adopt a plug-and-play approach when planning for new partner setups.
• Creating ground-breaking architecture for fulfillment eco-systems. 

What is a Business Expert?

As a Business Expert in Business Tech you will be in the centre of the action where product meets business. You will be working closely with Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders, helping to make sure that the product development is in line with the business need. 

The Business Expert believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.

The Position

Based in Stockholm, Sweden you and your team will work on finding solutions for getting the best deal from component and product suppliers based on quantity, lead time, price and capacity.  

• As a key part of this multi competent product team you will have the full responsibility to identify and create business value   
• You, together with the product team will define the strategic vision and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the component and product sourcing processes.   
• You will have a tight collaboration with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, to make sure that business processes & tech are working hand in hand.  
• You will secure progress, explain, anchor and secure the content in the process and the solution with the ultimate aim to maximize business impact, benefit and effects.   

Experience We Would Love To See

 A person with solid knowledge and experience from logistics. Our team will work extensively with innovation in the e-commerce logistics/fulfillment sector. It is both business heavy and tech heavy, and to add to our existing conceptual and architectural understanding, we need a true logistics/fulfillment expert – someone who can provide the specific knowledge and experience from the logistics area, someone who helps to secure that the solutions we propose are feasible in the logistics landscape.

• Necessary with deep knowledge/experience from e-commerce logistics, the entire customer fulfillment process, WMS, 3PLs, warehouse, stock segmentation, shipping etc. 
• Merit if architectural knowledge of customer fulfillment setups.
