Job Description

What you will do as an Employer Branding Specialist 

As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team where your mission is to position H&M Group as a top tech employer and the place to be for the best talents within the tech space, all over the world. 

Your daily operative tasks will include close collaboration with colleagues within the Talent Acquisition organisation to identify blockers and find innovative ways to attract tech talent, as well as creating content for storytelling and making sure our channels internally and externally are up to date.   

Along with that you and the other employer branding specialists will gather to set larger campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of H&M Group as a tech employer. Your focus will be shifting between the large scope of the employer brand, down to finetuning the details when converting candidates to employees. You will share our H&M Group and Business Tech story - who we are, the journey we are on and where we are going - in the best possible way.

Qualifications

Skills and opportunities 

We believe that you are currently working with employer branding, preferably within tech, and has done so for a while. You have a strong analytical ability where you can see the whole life circle and outcome of our branding initiatives.  

We believe you have experience from creating content for social media and you should also be familiar with common publishing and editorial tools. We also believe you have come across common employer branding specific actions such as hosting digital events, planning, coordinating and implementing employer branding activities on different channels. 

We work in a constant changing environment and no day is like the other. Therefore, we believe you thrive from working in a not yet formalized environment where anything and everything can happen. We also believe that communication and being prestigeless are essential features to succeed in the role.  

Being a global organisation, we are especially interested in hearing from you with experience from either working within a global context or experience from living or working in an organisation outside of Sweden.
