Our Mission

The Gig

The Healthengine platform success requires both supply (providers) and demand (patients). Marketing plays a critical role in building the supply and demand sides of the platform ranging from building awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

The purpose of the Marketing Specialist role at Healthengine is to drive our platform's success by executing strategic B2B marketing and growth initiatives across both offline and online channels. This role is primarily focused on building and expanding our provider customer  base, including GPs, Dentists, Allied Health professionals, and Specialists.

By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative tactics, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, engaging, and retaining our provider customers. Your efforts will enhance the supply side of our platform, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and contribute significantly to Healthengine's overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify and address challenges in lead generation and campaign performance
  • Experiment with new marketing techniques and tools to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g Braze) to set up and optimise nurture and automated email campaigns.
  • Create, update, and optimise web content using WordPress and Elementor.
  • Monitor and report on web traffic and user behaviour using  Google Analytics, generating insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and user engagement.
  • Work closely with product, design, and sales to maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines
  • Plan and execute paid social and search engine marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • +2 years of experience in growth, marketing, or product
  • A passion for lead generation and problem solving
  • Strong technical marketing skills to implement and optimise campaigns effectively.
  • Experience with content management systems, specifically WordPress and Elementor, to manage and optimise web content.

  • Some understanding of web analytics, with experience using tools like Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with product teams, designers, and engineers to leverage both product and marketing for driving outcomes.
