As part of the Product Market Fit (PMF) product team, you'll help bring novel product ideas and market opportunities to life. Using an iterative product development approach our team will rapidly research, develop, distribute and analyse the performance of product prototypes and MVPs, while working to demonstrate product viability and ultimately achieve product-market fit.

The purpose of this contract role is to represent the customer in this process. You'll help identify target markets and customer profiles, conduct customer research and facilitate the acquisition and onboarding of beta participants - with the aim of establishing a deep understanding of our target customer and in turn using this knowledge to inform the product development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interviews - Organise and conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, examine customer workflows and identify problems areas and opportunities to innovate.

  • Identification and Prioritisation of Underserved Needs - Analyse and interpret results of customer interviews and surveys to identify underserved customer needs and prioritise these for targeting by the PMF team.

  • Definition & Prioritisation of MVP Featuresets - Help design solutions to address these underserved needs. You’ll use your knowledge of customer to inform the essential features of our MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

  • Development of Onboarding, Support materials, FAQs and help center content - Support the execution of an MVP rollout by assisting in the development of promotional, onboarding and help center content for beta participants.

  • Beta Participant Enquiries and Support - Responsible for managing support and enquiries of beta participants, whether it’s onboarding or troubleshooting you’ll be responsible for all communications with our beta participants.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in the Healthtech industry
  • Experience working within product development and engineering teams
  • Startup experience is highly desirable
  • Customer Service or sales experience.
