Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to represent the voice of our customers in product development and lead a team of product marketing managers. Based out of Sydney or Perth the successful candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer of HealthEngine and is responsible for the positioning, pricing and go to market activities for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position new and existing products and develop go to market strategies
  • Package and position HealthEngines portfolio of products to create customer value and maximise returns
  • Develop pricing principles and set pricing for our products
  • Develop training programs and ensure market readiness for HealthEngines sales teams
  • Map the customer journey and uncover key moments of truths
  • Establish a Voice of Customer program to inform the product development process
  • Coordinate beta programs and provide feedback to the Product team
  • Manage a team of three (3) Product Marketing Managers and align resources across the team
  • Manage stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Sales.

Preferred capability:

  • Good understanding of the customer lifecycle
  • Have clear understanding of the role of marketing in driving business goals
  • You will be technically competent and analytical, with the ability to simplify and solve complex problems
  • Have enhanced skills in project management
  • Be an effective coach and mentor, encouraging teamwork and effectiveness
  • Be a persuasive and effective communicator, written and verbally

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years experience in a Product Marketing role
  • Two (2) years of people management experience
  • Experience working in high growth, rapidly changing and complex environments
  • Graduate certificate in Marketing or Management
  • Experience developing product and pricing strategies
  • Experience working in technology and/or healthcare industries is highly desirable
