Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a startup-minded Business Development Representative to join the HCM Deck growth team to help organisations support their employees with a forward looking, agile employee development journey. You will be a part of the team that is bringing this concept to the Polish market.

  • Building the sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Growth Managers
  • Identifying target accounts and engaging key decision-makers with compelling outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects based on quality data from our sales tools and apps
  • Meeting sales activity KPIs
  • Being an HCM Deck evangelist by developing a deep understanding of the product's use cases
  • Staying updated on trends in the HR tech industry

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with:

  • Native or Fluent Polish
  • Minimum B2 level of English
  • Several months of experience in customer facing roles 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Undaunted resilience - you eagerly embrace FAILs as First Attempts In Learning 
  • A proactive attitude and an unquenched thirst to test new approaches, and find new ways to reach your goals
  • Great organizational skills
  • An internal drive to excel as an individual as well as through a team and cross-team effort
  • Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
