We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HCM Deck team in Kraków. Within this role, you will be responsible for the entire HR strategy and execution as well as supporting winning company culture. 

As HR Business Partner you will:

• Suggest and implement new HR strategies
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Support company culture
• Run employee documentation and support payroll process
• Manage employee benefits and training
• Manage EB related tasks
• Advice to the Board and Leadership Team in the HR-related challenges
• Prepare reports and analysis
• Developing a strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders

• Experience in similar HR position
• Fluent Polish and English
• A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
• Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
• Great communication skills
