We’re on the lookout for best-in-class Head of People & Operations to join the HCM Deck head team in Kraków. As Head of People & Operations you will develop company culture aligned with our business strategy and improve efficiency of our business processes making our employees happy and motivated.

As Head of People & Operations you will:

• Be a part of the company's Leadership Team and have a direct impact on the most important decisions
• Manage administrative and operational team
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop and implement operational processes aligned with the overall business strategy
• Build and maintain company culture
• Manage employee relations
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Report directly to company founders
