Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a unicorn-minded Sales Development Representative to join the HCM Deck growth team in Kraków. The SDR is thrilled for the hunt and passionate about helping companies in Italy gain value through breakthrough HR technology.

As an International SDR you will:

  • Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing them in partnership with International Growth Manager
  • Prospect to generate opportunities through outbound, strategic & targeted prospecting
  • Qualify inbound leads and set meetings for your Growth Manager
  • Do the necessary research to qualify leads.
  • Develop and run campaigns. You'll need to creatively catch the attention of prospects with out of the box strategies
  • Be an HCM Deck evangelist by developing a deep understanding of the products and use cases.
  • Stay updated on trends in the HR tech industry
  • Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Italian is a must!
