We’re on the lookout for a rockstar Event Marketing Specialist to join the HCM Deck marketing team in Kraków. As Event Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, promoting and coordinating company events, exhibition, conferences and meetups in Poland and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute pre and post-event campaign strategy
• Research and propose original ideas for events and promotional campaigns
• Manage suppliers,  handle issues and queries on the day of the event to ensure its smooth running
• Plan and coordinate online live events, including webinars
• Build relationships with the media, partners and clients
• Develop successful event strategy and calendar
• Analyse and optimise assigned budget
• Define main goals and track KPIs for measuring event success, produce post-event reports
• Track engagement, gather feedback, handle the follow-up process
• Work closely with other team members to achieve revenue and strategic goals

• Impeccable communication skills. Fluent English is a must!
• 2+ years of experience in a event marketing with a proven track record in event promotion
• Excellent project management, negotiation and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of marketing toolkit, quick to learn new tools
• Ability to run campaigns in accordance with brand guidelines and communication tone
• A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
• Passion, humour and enthusiasm

• Knowledge of SaaS and B2B marketing will be an advantage
