Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of recruitment experience and excellent communication and coordination skills. Candidates with a teaching background and exposure to recruitment or HR activities are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding documentation.
  • Manage and maintain teacher/faculty records, attendance, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR.
  • Candidates with teaching experience and recruitment exposure are preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and maintain recruitment records efficiently.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
