Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:

    • Proactively research and identify potential clients and market segments.
    • Reach out to prospects through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for business growth.
  2. Build and Nurture Client Relationships to Understand Their IT Needs:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' IT requirements, challenges, and goals.
    • Regularly engage with clients to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Present and Sell Our Range of IT Solutions Effectively:

    • Customize presentations and proposals to showcase our IT solutions tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.
    • Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Meet or Exceed Sales Targets Consistently:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
    • Continuously prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Market Conditions:

    • Stay abreast of developments in the IT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.
    • Incorporate industry insights into sales strategies and conversations with clients.
  6. Maintain Accurate Records of Sales Activities in CRM:

    • Enter and update all relevant sales-related information, including leads, contacts, opportunities, and interactions, in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective sales pipeline management and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years Proven track record in IT sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
