Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for business growth.
Build and Nurture Client Relationships to Understand Their IT Needs:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' IT requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Present and Sell Our Range of IT Solutions Effectively:
- Customize presentations and proposals to showcase our IT solutions tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.
- Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Meet or Exceed Sales Targets Consistently:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Market Conditions:
- Stay abreast of developments in the IT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.
- Incorporate industry insights into sales strategies and conversations with clients.
Maintain Accurate Records of Sales Activities in CRM:
- Enter and update all relevant sales-related information, including leads, contacts, opportunities, and interactions, in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective sales pipeline management and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years Proven track record in IT sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
