As the Restaurant Manager at GYG reporting to our Culinary & Operations Coach, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on on the line when it counts, delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading large teams
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Previous success in meeting KPI's
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
