Job Description

Guidance seeks a highly organized and effective Sales Support Specialist who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for drafting and tracking client and internal sales documents such as estimates, SOW’s and contracts. The Sales Support Specialist will also be responsible for keeping sales templates up to date, scheduling client and internal sales meetings and collaborating on sales presentation documents and related proposals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
  • Update customer records in HubSpot CRM
  • Facilitate and route SOWs with sales reps
  • Schedule internal sales meetings
  • Assist with the DocuSign signature process
  • Track approvals for technical estimates
  • Act as task manager for proposals and RFPs - ensure sales team completes assignments as needed
  • Create new CRM records (leads, accounts & opportunities) and ensure data accuracy
  • Update sales templates and keep current 
  • Assist with trade show scheduling, travel and coordination

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of sales support experience
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in DocuSign and Keynote a plus
