Who you are
If you're currently working as a Research Ops, that'd be ideal. But we also understand that Research Ops is a relatively nascent role in the Indonesian tech scene. Thus, we are also happy to talk with you if you

  • Have experience in managing research projects in an agency or in-house setting
  • Currently, work as a researcher but are interested in shifting to the operational aspect of the job

Responsibilities:

  • Formalize our research participant recruitment process 
  • Work closely with researchers to build participant recruitment profiles
  • Recruit internal and external research participants for our research projects
  • Handle all scheduling and logistical needs in research projects including but not limited to NDA, incentives, research tools, venues etc
  • Manage and oversee administration aspect of external research vendors engagement as needed
  • Manage the billing and procurement of our research toolings
  • Organize and maintain research repository for research documentation
  • Help distribute access to related research materials (e.g. session recordings, reports) to relevant stakeholders
