Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Full Time & Part Time employment in a Long Term Care Facility located in Wilmore, Ky.

Part Time requires a minimum of  2 shifts per week.

This is a floor position in a Long Term Care Facility, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Setting is preferred.

Temporary COVID Incentive Pay Rate:  $45/HR

The Temporary COVID Incentive Pay Rate for our client facility will run between the time period of 10-15-2020 thru 3-31-2021 or when Guardian Angel determines to end the Temporary Covid Incentive Pay.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:  3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am & 7pm-7am
