Job Description

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop the strategy and lead the design of our digital products, delivering best-in-class customer experience in support of our blood-based cancer screening tests.

This role requires a solid expertise in UX/UI, consumer behavior, portal development, digital engagement with well-timed SMS/text messages and relevant personalized content.

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader in digital strategy for consumer products, who shares our mission to fight cancer and wants to join the leader in liquid biopsy. This role will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Development.

Essential Responsibilities:

●      Lead the ideation and design of our digital products, to create long-term consumer engagement and product loyalty

●      Lead the governance to prioritize product features for digital engagement

●      Develop a multi-year strategy, align stakeholders, translate it into a product roadmap, oversee its development by software engineering

●      Build and develop your team, drive and motivate the software development team to deliver to the product vision and customers’ needs

●      Own each release content end-to-end, including timely delivery and product quality

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product design, digital customer experience or software product management for consumer products

●      Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required

●      Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies

●      Ability to gather and write high quality functional and non-functional requirements for software development

●      Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), ProductBoard, JIRA and Confluence systems

●      Experience in consumer behavior, human centered design, design thinking methodology is a plus

●      Experience in chatbot, usability testing, telehealth, healthcare data interoperability is a plus

●      Ability to understand and describe technical complexities in a simplified way appropriate to different audiences

●      Strong attention to details, strong analytical thinker, problem-solver, creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork, facilitate discussions of complex ideas

●      Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

●      The position is based in Palo Alto, California
