Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist in generating new business by prospecting through digital outbound channels but, more importantly, you will find better ways to get more prospects at scale using growth hacking techniques.

You will work with US companies in different industries, you will experiment with growth strategies and ramp up their revenue as a result. 
You will be working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment with a multicultural team with members living in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia to others in Latvia and Portugal.

The job is 100% remote as long as you have great internet and a fit environment around you to focus on your job. Co-working is accepted.
 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Reach out to new prospects via email, Linked In and 50 phone prospecting calls are to be expected.
  • Set up high-quality meetings where the value of the offering has been explained
  • Join Sales executives (AEs) on calls, takes notes, and familiarize yourself with the products we offer
  • Qualify and develop inbound and/or outbound sales leads 
  • Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects 
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Pipedrive.
  • Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts and define the best strategy to approach new leads 
  • Schedule demonstrations between account executives and potential customers 
  • Use the best social selling techniques (Sales Navigator) to identify sales leads and be able to prospect into them 
  • Responsible for the sales pipeline 

Qualifications

Qualifications (non-negotiable):

  • Proficient or native English with great executive presence, written and communication skills (to be tested during interview)
  • Demonstrates technology proficiency 
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude
  • A growth mindset. A desire to learn and be better every day.
  • Desire to crush sales goals
  • A strong and assertive communicator who can address negative sentiments
  • Willingness to learn and adapt constantly
  • Impeccable work ethic to make 70 high quality calls per day
  • Robust understanding of B2B SaaS Business Model and proven prior experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Proven experience managing clients from the United States of America
  • Demonstrate your experience as an SDR.
  • SaaS Experience

Nice to haves:

  • CRM experience: Salesforce, hubspot, Pipedrive knowledge
  • 2+ years of previous successful Inside Sales or Sales Developer experience
