Job Description
You’ll be answering incoming calls, gathering and verifying demographic information, resolving basic and complex written and verbal member issues, and interpreting when needed.
Answer incoming calls, gather information using the computer database, and route call appropriately to clinical staff when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
Document calls using standard computer software.
Conduct information gathering calls to assist clinical staff; document results in record.
Verify demographic information, document in record.
Ability to handle telephone conversations while typing at a rate of 35 words per minute.
Multi-tasking, listening, inputting data, navigating through various screens while applying basic customer satisfaction techniques.
Ability to work a full-time shift between the operating hours of 6 AM to 8 PM M-F and/or based on business needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a background that can match:
Experience in medical interpretation preferred.
2 years incoming call center experience.
