Job Description
1. Posting, updating and screening through the Linked In profile.
2. Posting, updating, and screening through the Smart Recruiter Platform.
3. Coordinate the call flow of candidates for IT open positions on Daily Agenda. Daily distribution of the calls to be made according to set hiring date priorities.
4. Begin the interview process structured as each position requires it,
5. Keep track and follow the information on Daily Agenda: that includes info with comments, transcription of interview answers, link to CV or BIO, overall ranking if multiple candidates are in process, etc.
6. Review the Requisition Form submitted by the hiring managers when requesting the recruitment for a new position.
7. Keep a tracking of all candidate sources, and report on daily income of applications and interactions, CVs screened and approved for initial interviews, CV type classification, daily number of initial interviews pending, and candidates’ progress throughout their entire process.
8. Attend staff and different team meetings and provide feedback related to each project or assignment being discussed.
9. Keep in constant communication with Client Coordinator/ Hiring Managers for updates in clients needs and requirements, and client interview appointments scheduling details.
10. Prepping candidates before they go on an interview with the client.
11. Keep in constant communication throughout the day with the recruitment team to coordinate activities to be completed, monitor the completion of daily tasks or goals, answer questions they may have, and tracking of certain candidates.
12. When necessary join in conversations with clients to identify specific requirements or needs.
13. Send emails to candidates with template BIO and elaborate candidate BIOS for client interviews.
Qualifications
Requirements:
● Fluent English.
● Team player.
● Previous IT recruitment experience.
● Knowledge with recruiting tools, ATS, data management/reporting & software collaboration tools.
● Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Other Info:
● Full Time availability, Monday - Friday.
