Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the operations supervisor. The responsibilities include training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties. Monitor and improve operating processes and evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management. Support and promote the performance of personnel being supervised, seeking maximum efficiency and quality in the services provided and in the work environment.

-College student/graduate or equivalent experience
-Assertive communication skills
-Fast learner and proactive
-Tech savvy
-Previous supervisory experience in call center (preferred)
-Preferably have your own means of transportation.
-Schedule flexibility
-Able to generate customized reports
-Able to interpret and analyze reports
-Knowledgeable in equipment troubleshooting
-Schedule and resource management skills
-Proven ability to work directly and effectively handling staff
-Teamwork mindset
