Job Description

  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday shift, from 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Has at least 2 years of experience providing customer service, including working as a barista, in retail, in a call center, etc.

  • Is an excellent communicator who loves working with people and takes pride conveying their message clearly and concisely.

  • Possesses some troubleshooting skills and is eager to learn more.

  • Enjoys working with technology that is new or unfamiliar.

  • Has a collaborative personality and can provide and accept feedback in stride.

  • Appreciates the process and will not only enforce it, but suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Collaborating with Customer Care colleagues and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve customer-reported issues.

  • Triaging and prioritizing incoming tickets, chat, and calls, handling when appropriate and transitioning to other support team members when necessary.

  • Providing functional support and performing administrative duties on the Jama Software Community, and working closely with customers to identify, reproduce and log defects.
