Job Description

  • Troubleshooting for Windows and Mac server environment as well as Salesforce and PureCloud platforms.
  • Networking and routing issues.
  • Provide technical support for PC’S to employees and contractors experiencing technical issues.
  • Resolve tickets through phone, email, and chat on most common issues such as VPN, local pc, call-drops, and audio on a quick to respond time frame.
  • Properly escalate cases according to case classification.
  • Coordinate purchases in regards to necessary equipment or accessories for stations set up.
  • Assist with new hires in regards to accounts set up and removal.
  • Report directly to the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer of the account.

Qualifications

  • Systems Engineering college student or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills (100% bilingual).
  • Self aware, highly proactive, and organized.
  • Tech-savvy and self-taught.
  • Team-based and good culture fit for our client.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows server environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows software and hardware.
  • 1 year minimum help desk and troubleshooting experience.
  • Salesforce and PureCloud familiar (preferred but not required).
  • Advanced English required.
