To support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Team Lead (Backend) with vast experience in building financial products.

• Lead and coach our project team to guarantee high product quality.
• Participate in the technical design of projects we make for our clients.
• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team.
• Organize and participate in code reviews.
• Keep up to date with latest technology trends.

• Proven years of technical development experience in financial projects and all related framework
• Strong experience with client technologies like CSS3, HTML5, C#, Angulars, React
• Proven experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous deployment, and DevOps culture
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and managing teams
• Strong participation in Agile Project (Scrum, Kanban)
• Effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research, documenting, reporting, and presentation skills
